A very good 583 page hardback book with owner's name & address on front endpaper, otherwise unmarked. Clean and tight, light shelfwear. Adhesive tape offset on front endpapers and DJ flaps, from a home-made cover now removed. DJ has light edge rub, some staining, and a 1 cm strip missing right down the centre of the rear panel, so that it needs a clear Brodart for best preservation. 26 chapters, references, index, 157 figures, 15 tables. commonly considered to be the diemakers bible.
